Grown together: Our herb raised bed on campus

Teamwork makes a lot possible – and sometimes it creates something that brings joy to everyone. Together with many participants from the campus, a wonderful raised herb bed was first created in the wood workshop.
Those involved included residents from the campus as well as the children from the daycare center “Die Känguruhs,” who helped enthusiastically. A big thank you goes to Dirk and Antje for organizing and making this beautiful project happen.
The raised bed is available to everyone on the campus – for planting, caring, harvesting, and enjoying. It invites people to take responsibility together, nurture herbs, and make the campus even more lively.
A special thanks goes to the neighbor from Blücherstraße, who is the sponsor of this idea and frequently comes to the garden to care for the plants and enjoy them. Thus, from a shared idea, a place has emerged that connects, grows, and is open to everyone.
